Workout motivation for older people
Everyone needs workout motivation from time to time. When you start an exercise routine, you will probably feel like you want to give up after a while. However, if you are motivated and energized, you will feel like you can do anything and you will not feel tired and fragile. Staying motivated is always important. It does not matter if you are 16 years old or 60 years old. The Archives of PM and Rehabilitation conducted a research about the way that elder people feel about exercising. How To Be And Stay Motivated Through Every Workout Routine?
Throughout the years, working routine has transformed from a training session for the most ambitious ones, to a very fashionable thing to do. Life isn’t perfection, neither the human body, but we all can “fix” the little things that we don’t like about ourselves. Gyms and training programs have evolved so much, that the palette of choosing an exercising program is a big one. From Pilates and yoga, to a hard workout army session such as “Insanity “,and combative exercises, in a smooth way ,of course. There are so many options to keep you in a good shape, but a good will is also needed. But in general, not many of us like to pay the price of beauty on the harder way- to sweat and avoid the “forbidden fruit” – food. Unfortunately, a magic wonder isn’t still invented, so we have to keep ourselves motivated and do that “dirty ... Read More »

How to aggravate people in the Gym
I don’t want to sound like a gym elitist I just want to tell it how it is. Some things people do the gym are just damn annoying, here is what infuriates me. 1) ‘Yo Bro how many sets do you have left…..?’ There is nothing more annoying than getting a piece of gym equipment and settling down to smash out your sets when some fagbrah and his bro come up and ask you how many sets you have left. It doesn’t concern you how many sets I have left I am gunna be done when I’m done. For me anyway it’s a free but of preworkout rage. Instead why not ask, ‘Excuse me bro can you give me a shout when you are done?’ 2) Having a 5 minute break between sets This is the exception for when it’s ok to break rule 1 and question how long people ... Motivation to lose weight
I’ve been thinking about motivation a lot recently after someone asked me what drives me to achieve my goals. I’ve thought about how I can put it into words that bare some meaning and are not just, ‘I want to do/achieve this so I do this.’ It’s turned out to be much harder than I thought. In life a lot of the time we have to rationalise our decisions. I was having breakfast with my housemate and he said but why? when talking about what I want to achieve. I then replied, ‘what I want doesn’t need to be reasoned, if I’ve found my calling and my true passion surely I should do everything I can to make it a reality.’ I think this makes a good response to where I get my motivation from and what motivation exactly is, its a product of a desire that is beyond reason ... Do Girls Like Muscles?
Do Girls Like Muscles? – A pressing question in need of an answer If you asked any guy if girls prefer muscly guys over skinny guys, the unanimous opinion would be a yes they do. This reasoning could be because it’s very rare to see a guy poster model being skinny, he will more likely have a good degree of muscle and definition. It’s also very common to see attractive girls with muscly guys. Leading to one of the overwhelming reasons guys spend hours lifting weights in the gym is so that they can impress the ladies. There must be a underlying psychological principle for this observation. Looking into it, it can be thought of as a primitive trait. Throughout the animal kingdom the alpha male is notoriously the most aggressive and powerful. They can provide the highest level of protection and safety within the group. So does this view ...
