Born on March 3 in the year of 1975, Tracy Anderson (38) is one of the best fitness trainers for celebrities and for many ladies not from the Hollywood world. The reason why she is Hollywood’s top trainer, lies in her method called simply – “Tracy Anderson Method”.

All of those perfect bodies that we see on the world’s top cover – it’s Anderson’s guilt. Her clients are Shakira, Nicole Richie, Courtney Cox, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and many others from the show biz.

Here are some tips that Anderson recommends:

We all want to go to the gym and pay for that fitness program, but the truth is – can you really stick up to that plan and make it last? To start a program in the gym and to finish it without skipping any class is quite challenging. Anderson’s advice is to give yourself a challenge and to finish it.

LET THE WORKOUTS BE YOUR LIFE FACTS

People never forget to brush teeth every single morning, or they never miss an appointment at their hairdresser or to visit the beauty salon. But it is funny how they actually forget to work out every day, says Tracy Anderson. Make your workout a priority not the last point of your agenda. When you will get good at working out, it could be just as fun as when you go and gave fun at your hairdresser.

Write it down, make it personal

Do not try to reach some goal that you are not in the mood to do it, advices Anderson. Put your focus on you, how far you could go and never forget the reason why you are doing this. When you have a goal written down, it’s easy to get more motivated and looks even easier to be accomplished.

TIP 4

It’s in our female DNA, that when somebody asks you for some favor or if somebody needs you, you are easily saying “yes” instead of “no”. Organize yourself good and one hour earlier of workout won’t cost you anything. In fact, you will have more time for yourself and plus, you will be able to help everybody that needs you, says Tracy Anderson.

TIP 5

HAVE YOUR OWN WORKING OUT AREA

To complete your daily workouts, you don’t need the whole gym and space in the world. In fact, find the right spot of your house, and let that space to be your “homemade gym”. What you need is only a bottle of water, clean towel, some DVDs for work out (try Insanity or the old good Cindy Crawford), dumbbells, great will and some good music.

Working out plus a little bit of gossiping is always more fun when you have a fitness buddy. Many times we do not accomplish our fitness goals because either we are lazy or we do not like to do it by ourselves. Everything seems easier when you workout in team.

TIP 7

DO IT BETTER EVERY TIME

Nobody is perfect but a self motivation is really important. On your very first gym class if you can not do all of your workouts and instead of 7 you make 4 pushups , push yourself little bit more and next time do 6 and continue to raise the number more and more.

If you work only three times per week, make sure next time to add plus one more day, it won’t hurt I promise, says Anderson.

TIP 8

Don’t be satisfied with the average levels, reach out for more heights and challenges.

When you work out, don’t get satisfied with the easy results. If you feel that some period of time your muscles are toned and look on the mirror good, don’t give up easily and stop here. Every next time, tend to do more and do it better until you get the perfect results, similar like the ones that you see on your DVD tapes for workout.

As you see, one of the best “secrets” of Tracy Anderson is her philosophy of working out. It’s not all about what you eat and how much you will sweat. It is a really important factor on how you will put everything in your mind and which goals you will set up. How you will imagine or visualize yourself, that’s how you will be in the future.
